Slow Cooker Chili, Sweet potato and zucchini stir fry, Sneaky Chef brownies

Making slow cooker chili, sweet potato & zucchini stir fry and sneaky chef brownies for dinner.
Chili is an extremely healthy meal if made correctly, ie with fresh ingredients, ground turkey instead of hamburger and no added salt. I also have a recipes blog. My slow cooker chili recipe is posted on there.
Sweet potatoes are a great potato alternative to white potatoes, which are high glycemic and bad for your blood sugar. Sweet potatoes are a bit easier on the blood sugar and are full of Vitamin A, which is essential for preserving and improving eyesight and helping to fight off viruses.
For the stir fry, I added olive oil, sliced sweet potatoes, sliced zucchini, a little pepper and dash of seasoned salt to a pan and cooked until tender.
Sneaky Chef brownies are a special treat for my little picky eater. It's a box brownie mix with the added secret ingredients of wheat germ, spinach, blueberries and applesauce. Box brownie mix isn't the healthiest, but for a quick semi healthy treat, the sneaky chef brownies work pretty well.
